Michael Phelps has made it official.
The swimmer will return to competitive swimming for the third time in four years, as he and his team complete the first half of the season in a new, $100 million, stadium-style facility on Long Island.
The $100-million facility is the world’s first fully open-air indoor pool in an Olympic venue.
Phelps is scheduled to return at 4 p.m. on Friday, May 3.
